Ashé Cultural Tours does not recommend or endorse any Travel Insurance Providers. We encourage our clients to do their own research into providers and make informed decisions for a product that suites their needs. To help you, we provide here a few resources below. If you scan these sites and the many others that are easily searchable via the web, you will see a select few consistently rising to the top.
It is still legal to travel to Cuba?
Ashé Cultural Tours is licensed by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) to support travel that qualifies as “Support for the Cuban People.” While in Cuba, we provide a full time educational experience that (1) enhances contact with the Cuban people, support civil society in Cuba; (2) promotes the Cuban people’s independence from Cuban authorities; and (3) results in meaningful interaction with individuals in Cuba.
We achieve this by using private home stays, sharing meals in our homes and at private restaurants, and working exclusively with private guides/translators
