Before December 15 (sooner the better) for guaranteed participation: Send an (1) email expressing interest to ken@cubamusicandculture.com (2) a $500 deposit per person, and (3) complete this Application/Questionnaire. This deposit is fully refundable until September 15 and will be returned if trip is cancelled by Ashe Cultural Tours, LLC.  Mail to Ashé Cultural Tours, LLC, 204 Crossgate Drive, Church Hill, MD, 21623.

Before January 15  Send an additional $500 deposit per person. This deposit is fully refundable until October 15 (and will be returned if trip is cancelled by Ashe Cultural Tours, LLC.  Mail to Ashé Cultural Tours, LLC, 204 Crossgate Drive, Church Hill, MD, 21623.
