Washington College ALUMNI TRIP to the Cuba
Friday, October 9, 2020 – Saturday, October 17, 2020 (9 Days)

While other documents may be needed during the registration process based on circumstances, all participants are REQUIRED to complete the following:

• Questionnaire (This is a digital document. If you find it difficult to complete,  please just send us an email and I can forward a paper version)
• Waiver
• OFAC Affidavit
